We collect the following information when you use UpDownBot:
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
URLs you submit for monitoring are stored in our database and checked periodically. We only access publicly available content at the URLs you provide. We do not store full response bodies, only status codes, response times, and keyword match results.
Individual check results are kept for 30 days; older checks are deleted automatically every night, and uptime figures are a rolling 30-day measure. Monitors and incident history are kept while your account is open. When you close your account, your monitors, check results, incidents and alerts are kept for 30 days so you can restore the account, then permanently erased. Billing records and security audit records are retained after closure, because we are required to keep payment records.
We implement appropriate security measures including encrypted connections, hosted authentication, and audit logging. However, no system is perfectly secure.
You can access and update your data at any time from your account settings, and pause or delete your monitors there whenever you like. You can close your account yourself from the Account page: closure stops monitoring and cancels your subscription immediately, you can restore the account within 30 days, and after that your monitors, check results, incidents and alerts are permanently erased. Billing and audit records are retained as described above. For any question about your data, contact us through Support in your account.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
